Customer Service Associate (Temporary)

About the role

Expressgroup is hiring a temporary Customer Service Associate in Georgetown. The associate handles inbound and outbound calls, schedules appointments and resolves scheduling issues. The start date is Monday 16 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and handle inbound calls covering scheduling and rescheduling, order changes, payment processing and basic customer enquiries.
• Document requests in internal and external systems and keep a record of every request.
• Act as a liaison between customers, clients and service providers.
• Keep departments informed on issues and complaints and escalate them according to procedure.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for efficiency, communication quality, customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution and attendance.

Required profile

• 5 successful passes or more at CSEC or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Completion of a customer service qualification and training course.
• Applicants without CXC qualifications or previous work experience are also encouraged to apply.

What we offer

• Shifts of 5 days per week, including one weekend day, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Paid training during the first two weeks.
