Auditor / Data Entry

About the role

Expressgroup is hiring a full-time Auditor / Data Entry operator in Georgetown, Guyana, working under general supervision. The role keeps carriers up to date and compliant through daily data validation, quality control and inquiry resolution, balancing customer satisfaction with organizational needs. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 9-6 or 10-7 for DST adjustment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries by email or phone and escalate questions appropriately.
• Enter required information into systems to keep records accurate and timely, and prepare documents and correspondence.
• Gather web access level information and documents from the FWS platform and enter and validate data.
• Correct inconsistencies in data and documents and recognize account details and opportunities.
• Provide accurate, timely information on client status and compliance to FWS and share job knowledge with the team.
• Provide bi-weekly reports to FWS on critical file deficiencies and meet FWS service level agreements.
• Maintain confidentiality of personally identifiable information and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 5 successful passes or more at CSEC or equivalent; a diploma in a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Typing speed above 30 wpm with above 95% accuracy.
• English assessment at Higher Intermediate and above.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• Discretion and independent judgment on sensitive matters.
• Microsoft Office Suite, with hands-on experience of Outlook 365, Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn and use company and department systems and to troubleshoot under pressure.

What we offer

• Salary of $140,000-$160,000.
• On-site training and nesting for 1-3 months, with the possibility of moving to remote based on performance.
