Corporate English Trainer (Fully Remote)

About the role

goFLUENT, a B2B language-learning platform founded in 2000 and based in Geneva, offers fully remote corporate English training to professionals from leading companies worldwide. As a Corporate English Trainer you deliver engaging online lessons to executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists and other industry experts, helping them build the communication skills they need in a global workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online language lessons to business professionals in one-on-one and small-group settings.
• Facilitate engaging lessons using the company's established and proven teaching methodology.
• Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment that encourages learner participation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience teaching or training adults is preferred; corporate/professional experience is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable teaching via video conferencing platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, professional and learner-focused.
• Quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection.
• Minimum of 30 hours per week, preferably daytime, in a fully remote and freelance position.

Required skills

• Hardware: PC or laptop with Windows 10 or later or Mac (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma); Intel Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen or higher, or M1 chip Mac; 8 GB RAM and up, 20 GB free disk space.
• High-speed internet (download 10 Mbps, upload 10 Mbps).
