About the role
The Engineering Graduate will support delivery of engineering and operational activities across EnerMech projects, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced global oil & gas and industrial services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support maintenance, inspection, testing and preparation of mechanical equipment on live projects.
- Contribute to mobilisation plans, project schedules, resource planning and equipment deployment.
- Assist with risk assessments, safety planning and development of safe systems of work.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related engineering discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or placements advantageous).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in field environments.
Required skills
- Mechanical equipment maintenance and inspection.
- Testing and preparation of equipment for deployment.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and calculations.
- Technical documentation preparation.
