Direct Sales Agent (Temporary)

About the role

Digicel is hiring a temporary Direct Sales Agent in Georgetown. The main objective is to meet sales targets by visiting customers directly. The contract runs for 6 months initially.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and call customers in assigned areas to promote and sell products and services
• Carry out sales activities aimed at growing the subscriber base across different market segments
• Record and update prospect information and keep an accurate list of prospects
• Record and receive customer orders and their application forms
• Achieve sales objectives while giving customers the highest level of satisfaction
• Answer customer questions and service requests accurately, based on facts about the company's products and services
• Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time

Required profile

• Minimum 5 CXC (Grades I-III), including Maths and English
• Sales experience is an asset
