About the role
Digicel is hiring a temporary Direct Sales Agent in Georgetown. The main objective is to meet sales targets by visiting customers directly. The contract runs for 6 months initially.
Key responsibilities
- Visit and call customers in assigned areas to promote and sell products and services
- Carry out sales activities aimed at growing the subscriber base across different market segments
- Record and update prospect information and keep an accurate list of prospects
- Record and receive customer orders and their application forms
- Achieve sales objectives while giving customers the highest level of satisfaction
- Answer customer questions and service requests accurately, based on facts about the company's products and services
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time
Required profile
- Minimum 5 CXC (Grades I-III), including Maths and English
- Sales experience is an asset
What we offer
- Base pay and transportation allowance
